Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Klevian, you agree to these Terms. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, hiring team, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Terms of service
These terms govern access to and use of Klevian, including structured AI interview evidence workflows, recruiter tools, candidate workflows, integrations, billing, and related services.

By accessing or using Klevian, you agree to these Terms. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, hiring team, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Klevian provides hiring workflow software and operational tooling for recruiters, hiring teams, administrators, and candidates. Features may include structured interviews, candidate review, AI-assisted analysis, collaboration, reporting, integrations, and workflow automation.
Customers and users are responsible for maintaining account accuracy, credential confidentiality, workspace permissions, and prompt notification of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
The Services may include artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated analytics, scoring, ranking, recommendations, summaries, transcription, evaluation support, and similar features.
AI Outputs are assistive tools only. They are not legal advice, HR advice, compliance advice, or a substitute for human judgment.
Customers remain responsible for employment, hiring, advancement, rejection, and related decisions, including human review where required by law or policy.
Customers must use Klevian only for lawful hiring, recruiting, workforce, and related operational purposes, and must not use the Services for unlawful discrimination, unauthorized access, scraping, malicious uploads, or unlawful automated employment decisions.
Customer Data includes data, content, documents, configurations, personal information, candidate information, job data, recordings, transcripts, and other information submitted to or processed through Klevian.
Candidate Data includes resumes, interview data, assessments, audio, video, transcripts, evaluation notes, and scoring-related information.
Customers retain ownership of Customer Data and Candidate Data, subject to the limited rights needed for Klevian to host, process, transmit, secure, support, and provide the Services.
Klevian will not use Customer Data or Candidate Data to train, retrain, fine-tune, improve, or develop shared or generalized AI models for unrelated customers or third parties unless expressly opted in through a separate written agreement signed by Klevian.
Paid plans are billed according to the order form, pricing page, checkout flow, or applicable service agreement. Free plans, beta features, pilot programs, credits, and trial offerings may be changed, limited, or withdrawn unless otherwise stated.
Klevian may interoperate with third-party tools, including applicant tracking systems, calendar providers, communication tools, video providers, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, and AI model providers.
Klevian maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Customer Data, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or threat-free operation.
Klevian is a technology provider and does not provide legal advice, employment law advice, HR advisory services, or regulatory certification.
Unless otherwise stated in an executed written agreement, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
