Klevian uses subprocessors for cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, billing, analytics, security monitoring, AI workflows, and video/meeting infrastructure where enabled. Subprocessor review should focus on the processing context for candidate profiles, invitations, transcripts, recordings where enabled, evidence packets, recruiter review notes, account data, billing data, and operational logs. Providers are named on the subprocessors page. Buyers should review how each provider supports the role-aligned interview, evidence packet, recruiter review, and support workflow before rollout.
