Retention overview

Candidate data has no default retention timer. No in-product automated candidate or workspace erasure is available. Recording-retention deletion is safety-frozen, and preview or read-only policy views do not delete data. Privacy rights and manual erasure requests can be routed through privacy@klevian.com. Support confirms identity and request scope before manual work begins.

Interview recordings

Recording-retention deletion is safety-frozen. Policy preview can report matching records but does not delete recordings or derived renditions. Manual privacy requests can require provider coordination for third-party media.
