AI fairness

AI fairness and human oversight

Review how Klevian uses AI for structured interview evidence, human oversight, fairness safeguards, and decision-support boundaries.

Human oversight

Klevian AI features are decision-support tools. Recruiters and hiring teams remain responsible for human review, fairness, compliance, and final employment decisions. The evidence packet is designed for inspection: reviewers can compare transcript excerpts, scorecard notes, missing evidence, risk flags, and suggested follow-ups before deciding whether more human review is needed.

Candidate safeguards

Candidate-facing workflows should clearly disclose AI use, recording/transcript handling, privacy contacts, and support paths. Accommodation requests, accessibility issues, or concerns about interview context should be routed to the hiring team and support contacts so the human decision process can account for relevant candidate information.
