If a candidate invite, portal, browser, camera, microphone, or interview link is not working, use candidate support and include the employer name, device/browser, interview time, and visible error.

  • Start from the latest invite email or message.
  • Do not share sensitive documents in the first support message unless requested.
  • Do not post invite links publicly.
